What is the AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program?

The AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program is a multi-tier certification designed to help chiropractors expand their impact through corporate wellness—whether by serving their own staff or partnering with local businesses.

Clinics may qualify for one or more of the following tiers:
Tier 1: Eligible to serve your own clinic team through The Grand Plan, a tax-advantaged health benefit overlay.
Tier 2 (Nearsite): Partner with local employers to provide care for their teams at your clinic location.
Tier 3 (Onsite): Deliver care directly at workplaces through mobile units or on-location setups. Tier 3 certification training is scheduled to launch in late 2026 or early 2027 and will be rolled out based on seniority so we still recommend getting in network asap.

Tier eligibility is determined by several factors, including:
-The assessment technology used in your clinic (e.g., X-ray, CLA, Tytron, MyoVision)
-The number of licensed chiropractors on your teamYour clinic’s ability to provide both manual and instrument-based adjustments.
-Clinics do not need to complete every tier sequentially.

You will be certified for the tier(s) your clinic qualifies for based on your submitted credentials.

What are the differences between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?

The AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program is divided into three tiers, each representing a different level of opportunity and impact:


Tier 1 allows your clinic to serve your own eligible team members through The Grand Plan— this tier also provides reimbursement for chiropractic care delivered to your eligible staff.

Tier 2 enables your clinic to partner with local businesses. As a certified provider, we contract local businesses and their employees to receive care at your clinic. This tier includes lead generation and business development support to help you grow through corporate wellness relationships. Tier 2 requires approved assessment technology, and the ability to offer both manual and instrument-based adjustments.

Tier 3 empowers your clinic to provide onsite care at local businesses—via mobile units, pop-up setups, or embedded care models. Tier 3 requires multiple licensed chiropractors, approved assessment technology, and the ability to offer both manual and instrument-based adjustments. Certification training for Tier 3 is expected to launch in late 2026 or early 2027.

Why do I have to complete training and be certified in each tier to provide care?

Each tier of the AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program builds on a specific set of competencies, systems, and expectations required to deliver care through our corporate wellness products. Certification ensures that every provider in our network delivers a consistent, high-quality experience to patients, businesses, and benefit partners.

Even if your clinic doesn’t plan to fully utilize Tier 1, it is still required to complete the certification process in order to unlock access to Tier 2 or Tier 3. This includes key steps like understanding plan compliance, documentation requirements, and care delivery standards.

Clinics that do not plan to serve their own team can submit a mock documentation packet to fulfill the Tier 1 requirement—ensuring readiness while meeting program standards.

What Does It Mean to Be an In-Network Provider with Align & Co.?

Becoming an in-network provider with Align & Co. means your clinic is approved to participate in our corporate wellness products. This includes the opportunity to offer The Grand Plan to your own staff (if qualified) and expand into local business partnerships through higher certification tiers.

To become in-network, your clinic must:
1. Complete the Pre-Qualification Process:
-Submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
-Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Letter of Intent (LOI)

2. Align with Our Chiropractic Philosophy:
-Be a subluxation-based practice
-Support holistic, neurologically-focused chiropractic care

3. Meet Provider Eligibility Requirements:
All practicing chiropractors must have:
-Active, non-expired Malpractice
-Active, non-expired License
-No pending board complaints
-Certificate of insurance with Align & Co. added as additional insured for general liability. 
-Workers compensation (for onsite contracts only)

4. Complete the Foundations Course:
-A 60-minute training covering billing, compliance, and implementation
-Unlocks access to corporate wellness products depending on your tier eligibility.

Once these steps are completed, your clinic becomes officially in-network and can begin benefiting from the AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program.

What Are the Requirements for Tier 2?

To qualify for Tier 2, your clinic must meet additional standards that support business partnerships and increased patient volume:
-Have one or more of the following assessment technologies: CLA Insight, Tytron, Myovision or X-ray
-Be willing and able to perform both manual and instrument-based adjustments
-Have the capacity to handle up to 40 new patients in a 30-day period within your clinic.
-Show a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care—including the ability to refer and communicate with other healthcare providers

How long does it take to complete the Tier 2 lead generation course and start generating leads?

The Tier 2 certification training takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. Once finished, you’ll gain access to our lead submission system and schedule a 1:1 onboarding call with our team. During that call, we’ll help you identify the top business leads to target in your area—so you can begin outreach with clarity and support right away.

In every workplace, there will be a range of employee experiences and preferences when it comes to chiropractic care:
-Some have never seen a chiropractor and may be skeptical or fearful.
-Others may have had chiropractic care before but are unsure what they like or need.
-Some are enthusiastic advocates who know what works for their body and want to continue with that type of care.

When a chiropractor insists on using only one technique—regardless of patient preference or past outcomes—it creates unnecessary friction. An employee who feels dismissed may go back to their employer with frustration, discouraging others from using the benefit. One negative experience can ripple through the company and undermine the entire program.

This is why we require our in-network clinics to be equipped and willing to provide both manual and instrument-based adjustments. It doesn’t mean you abandon your preferred technique. -Establish a clear baseline of employee health and spinal function

What time do I need to spend on getting leads?

Your role is to help identify potential opportunities in your community. This doesn’t require hours of outreach—it’s about staying aware of who you already know and being intentional about making introductions. Through our Tier 2 certification, we train you on how to navigate these conversations and guide you in narrowing it down to quality business leads. From there, Align & Co. supports the entire process so you can stay focused on what you do best: delivering great care.

What does the AlignWell Certified Chiropractor process look like?

The process includes three key phases. 

Phase 1: Application Process
-Complete the Pre-Qualification Application (15-20 minutes).
-Sign the Letter of Intent (LOI) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Phase 2: Credentialing and Certification to Get In-Network 
-Pay the Credentialing Charge to unlock the Foundations Course.
-Complete the Foundations Course (60 minutes or less) which includes key modules to learn about our provider experience and submit credentialing requirements.
-Our team will request the required documents for your AlignWell Certification onboarding process as a clinic to solidify your in-network status, including:Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Align & Co. as additional insured for commercial general liability. Proof of non-expired malpractice insurance for all doctors .Copy of non-expired chiropractor license. Signed clinic service agreement.
