Becoming an in-network provider with Align & Co. means your clinic meets the qualifications to participate in our tax-savings programs and corporate wellness opportunities. This allows you to offer The Grand Plan to your own staff (if your clinic qualifies) and eventually expand your services to local businesses through our corporate wellness opportunities.

To become in-network, your clinic must complete the Pre-Qualification Process by submitting a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Letter of Intent (LOI). You must also align with our chiropractic philosophy by being a subluxation-based practice that supports holistic, neurologically-focused chiropractic care. Additionally, all practicing chiropractors in your clinic must meet our provider eligibility requirements, which include holding a valid chiropractic license, having malpractice insurance, and having no active or pending board complaints (with a responsibility to self-report any that arise during participation). Finally, you must complete the Foundations Course—a 30–45 minute training covering billing, compliance, and implementation—which unlocks access to Tier 1 certification, tax-savings programs, and corporate wellness opportunities. Once these steps are completed, your clinic officially becomes in-network and can begin benefiting from the AlignWell Certified Chiropractor Program.

Team Size: Your clinic must have at least 3 employees, not including the owner or their spouse. Technology: You must have CLA, Tytron, or in-house X-ray capabilities. Capacity: Your clinic must be able to serve up to 40 patients per month from employer contracts. Communication: You must be willing to learn how to soft pitch our corporate wellness solutions and submit warm leads. Philosophy Alignment: You must share our drug-free, neurologically-based, subluxation-centered approach. Adjusting Style: You must be willing to adjust both manually and with a tool (e.g., the Integrator).
